Sets with advanced building techniques were sold under the LEGO Model Team sub theme from the mid 1980s until 1999. Not just an intricately designed build with 9 minifigures, the LEGO Haunted House also features optional powered elements (eg. Madman’s Lift and Von Barron Glowing Portrait) that can be controlled via the Powered Up smartphone app. The set was released in May 2020 and consists of 3231 pieces.

And secondly, one of the hidden dark tan technic pieces has been swapped out for a dark bluish grey version.
