From the 5th of November to the end of Christmas Eve (24th December 23:59), you’ll be able to win instant prizes when you pay for your Caffè Nero order via the Caffè Nero app (UK and ROI).

Each time you pay, you’ll get an instant digital cracker. Not every one’s a win (sometimes you’ll just get a Christmas joke) but you may get one of the following prizes:

How Do You Pay Via The App

First, link a payment card in the app. Go to Wallet > Link Payment Card (Amex, Visa and MasterCard are all accepted).

Although you can add your Caffè Nero card to Apple Wallet/Google Pay, that’s only for collecting stamps. You’ll need to pay via the app to enter the Christmas Cracker competition.

Once your card is linked, just pay for your next barista-prepared drink (hot or cold) in Caffè Nero using the app. Your Christmas Cracker will appear on the screen once your purchase is complete.

Are Caffè Nero Still Open During Lockdown?

Yes, Caffè Nero locations are still open for takeaway, click & collect and Uber-Eats orders (no cracker competition with Uber-Eats) during lockdown. Dine-in, however, won’t be available due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Social distancing and regular surface/hand sanitising measures will be in place. Also, it’ll be takeaway cups and bags only (no crockery or re-usable cups), plus cashless payments (you need to pay via the app anyway to enter the Christmas Cracker competition).
