Andrew’s Top Ways To Save on NOW
First and foremost, I’d usually recommend NOW over a Sky contract. The big benefit of NOW is the flexibility. If there’s nothing currently peaking your interest on NOW Cinema, you can just cancel and re-subscribe when you want to, saving you money in the meantime.
But the best way to save a lot of money on NOW is to take full advantage of their generous returning customer and cancellation offers.
Here’s the strategy I use. Build up a watchlist of NOW movies and TV shows with JustWatch (a free app) and wait until you’re emailed a returning customer offer. You’ll likely be emailed one every few months and they’re usually very generous (e.g. 3 Months of NOW Cinema For £1/month).
Re-subscribe using the returning customer offer, watch everything you want to watch and then cancel your subscription. Often, you’ll be offered an equally generous cancellation offer. In either case, cancel before any offer period ends and consider switching to another streaming service in the meantime whilst you wait for another returning customer offer from NOW.
