Grab Free Crypto: Answers To The CoinBase Learning Rewards Quiz Questions March 2024

CoinBase, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency brokers, are offering you the ability to earn free cryptocurrency as a reward for answering quiz questions on specific currencies with CoinBase Learning Rewards (previously ‘Coinbase Earn’). Here are all the details, including answers to all the Coinbase Learning Rewards quiz questions (this post will be updated with future quiz answers too) for March 2024.

I sell the crypto as soon as I’ve earned it. I’m not a crypto fan but I am a fan of easy money - Andrew Young (Capital Matters Editor)

What Are Coinbase Learning Rewards?

CoinBase Learning Rewards (previously ‘Coinbase Earn’) allow you to earn free cryptocurrency by answering short quizzes on a selection of currencies. Whether you’re new to cryptocurrency, or not, you can just think about this as a quick way to make some extra money.

You’ll watch short videos/slideshows and you’ll have to answer a question on each one (don’t worry, I’ve included all of the quiz questions and answers below).

You can skip to the end and click the answer as soon as you like. And since I’ve published the answers below, you can just skip through and click the correct one. Don’t worry if you mis-click, you can just try again if you don’t get it the first time.

You’ll earn a few dollars worth of that cryptocurrency as a reward for each answer which will be added to your CoinBase wallet immediately.

Not every cryptocurrency that CoinBase offer is available to earn (you can’t currently earn Bitcoin for example). And the rewards are limited in number, so when they run out, it might be a while before they’re replenished.

Why Are CoinBase Offering Free Currency?

Basically, CoinBase receive earnings from the asset issuer (eg. Compound or EOS). As one of the largest cryptocurrency brokers, it’s an easy way for asset issuers to get fresh eyes on their new crypto-offering. So, really, it’s a win-win for everyone. You get free crypto, CoinBase earns from the asset issuer, the asset issuer gets to market their product.

How To Sign Up To CoinBase Learning Rewards

Go To Coinbase Learning Rewards and start any of the ‘courses’. If you’re a new customer, you’ll be asked to set up a free CoinBase account. It can take up to a day to get verified but usually it only takes a few hours.

Once you’ve signed up, go through each available quiz, one by one, earning all the available cryptocurrency that you can. You’ll earn $1-$3 per quiz question. If you use the answers listed below, you won’t have to watch each video, which means you can do all of this in a few minutes.

If the rewards run out, you’ll be put on a waitlist and notified if any more become available. However, you may not be notified if a new cryptocurrency is added to the list so I’d check back every once in a while. If any more are added, I’ll update this post with the answers below too.

Earn Referral Rewards

You’re sometimes be able to earn additional Cryptocurrencies rewards for referrals. Once you’ve completed a quiz, you’ll may be able to refer a limited number of friends. All your friend has to do is sign up and complete one lesson and you’ll get a reward.

What To Do With Your CoinBase Learning Rewards?

You have a few options here. You can keep them as is (you never know what they might be worth in future), you can convert them to other cryptocurrencies (eg. Bitcoin) or you can sell them.

CoinBase do have trading fees and they vary greatly based on a number of factors (see Coinbase Fee details here). In general, there are no fees for converting one cryptocurrency to another (eg. EOS to Bitcoin). But there are fees when exchanging cryptocurrencies for your local currency (eg. EOS to GBP).

Since you’ll be earning only a few dollars of each cryptocurrency, you could convert them all into Bitcoin (conversions are fee-free) and then sell the Bitcoin in bulk. This will reduce your fees paid overall.

The higher the value of the transaction, the lower percentage fee you’ll pay. So, since you’re earning all of these separate cryptocurrencies, it might be better to convert them all to a single cryptocurrency (eg. Bitcoin) and exchange them all for your local currency in one go.
