Andrew's Top Ways To Save At Walt Disney World

The best Disney World offers are usually Early Booker packages which tend to be available between April and November the year prior to arrival. If you’re staying on property, you’ll usually save more booking direct with Disney as you’ll get all of the included benefits.

Plan your Disney dining in advance so you know what you’re likely to pay and consider splitting the large American portion sizes. Bring an insulated water bottle (Chilly’s Bottles are great), and keep it topped up with the free water that you can get around the parks. Stick to bottle refill stations and free ice water that you can get from dining and quick service locations (drinking fountains aren’t the most hygienic).

Genie+ is more of a priority at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and it’s likely to save you the most queue time during peak season.

For Events like Mickeys Not So Scary and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas, book early but try to avoid the first night of the event as that’s usually a lot more expensive.
