15 Valuable LEGO Pirates of The Caribbean Minifigures You Might Actually Own

A popular theme with a small set count, LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean released their 1st wave of sets in 2011. With the release of the 5th film in 2017, the Silent Mary set was released, shortly reviving the theme.

With only a small number of sets released, there’s a good chance you have at least one of the rare and valuable minifigures on this list if you had any of the Pirates of the Caribbean LEGO sets.

15. Hadras - £11 / $14

The only way to get this minifigure was from the 2011 set, The Mill, depicting the scene from Dead Man’s Chest. The torso, legs, head and conch shell head piece are all exclusive to this minifig. The Admiral Norrington minifigure from the same set also has a similar value.

14. Lieutenant Lesaro - £11 / $14

Exclusive to the 2017 Silent Mary set, you’re in luck if you find this minifigure as the same set also has 3 other rare minifigs (Captain Jack, Carina and Captain Salazar). All the parts that make up this minifig, the hat, head, torso and leg pieces are exclusive.

13. Hector Barbossa - £12 / $15

3 Hector Barbossa minifigs were released in 2011 but this is the most valuable. Another skeletal version was released in the same set and another iteration, with pegleg, was released in the Fountain of Youth set. This version has exclusive torso and leg printing.

12. King George’s Officer - £13 / $16

This King George’s Officer minifig can be was released with the 2011 London Escape set but you could also buy it as part of a 5-minifig buster pack, released in the same year. The Officer’s Uniform torso print is exclusive to this minifig.

11. Cook - £13 / $16

Despite only being a minor character from On Stranger Tides, this Cook minifigure features exclusive leg and torso printing. It’s also the only way to get your hands on a tan Tricorne pirate hat.

10. Queen Anne’s Revenge Masthead - £14 / $17

If you find the Queen Anne’s Revenge Masthead minifig in your collection, you’re also likely to own 3 other valuable minifigs from the same set (Angelica, Blackbeard and Cook). The transparent orange skeletal torso piece is exclusive to this minifigure.

9. Mermaid - £15 / $19

Differentiated from other LEGO mermaids by the intimidating face pattern and curved tail piece, this Mermaid minifigure was released in the 2011 Whitecap Bay set, along with 5 other minifigures.

8. Blackbeard - £15 / $19

Another Pirates of the Caribbean villain in rare LEGO form, Blackbeard features all exclusive parts including a uniquely moulded beard piece. Whilst the 1049 part Queen Anne’s Revenge set was on the higher price end, the minifigure was also featured in the 108 part Fountain of Youth set.

7. Mermaid Syrena - £19 / $24

Released alongside the more generic Mermaid minifigure, Mermaid Syerna can be distinguished by the sand blue mermaid tail and torso printing.

6. Captain Jack (Silent Mary) - £21 / $26

Whilst a number of Captain Jack Sparrow minifigures have been released, this Silent Mary version is the most valuable. The first thing to look out for is the lack of Tricorne hat. Then, check to see if he has white arms. The final distinguishing feature is the patterned bandana print on the head. Other Jack Sparrow minifigures went for a block red design with no pattern.

5. Carina - £21 / $26

The only way to obtain this Carina minifigure was via the 2261 part Silent Mary set. The head printing and hair piece aren’t exclusive but the light aqua dress piece and torso are.

4. Captain Salazar - £30 / $37

With the exception of the black shoulder epaulettes, each part featured in this Captain Salazar minifigure is exclusive. A fantastically unique grayscale design, the head piece is transparent with white face printing. It’s value and rarity is aided by the fact the minifig is exclusive to the 2261 part Silent Mary set from 2017.

3. Maccus - £32 / $40

This Maccus minifigure was exclusive to the 2011 Black Pearl set. Unsurprisingly, this minifig’s rarity comes from the uniquely moulded Hammerhead shark part that attaches to the minifig’s similarly exclusive head piece.

2. Angelica - £53 / $66

The only way to obtain this Angelica minifigure was via the 1049 part Queen Anne’s Revenge set. The minifig uses exclusive torso and dual-sided face printing but the standout feature is the moulded hair and hat combo part.

1. Davy Jones - £92 / $114

The Davy Jones minifigure, released in the 2011 Black Pearl set, uses all-exclusive parts. With a lot of uniqueness packed into one small minifigure (the dark blue patterned hat, tan tentacle beard, pirate peg leg and torso with crab hand) it’s unsurprising that this is one of the most sought after Pirates of The Caribbean minifigures.
